It all began in 181 when Kintaro Hattori opened a clock shop in

Seiko Corporation of America. In 1924, the Seiko
watch
brand is born, and the first wristwatch under the name
Seiko
is made.

Being the official timer of the Olympic Summer Games in Tokyo,
Sapporo, Barcelona, Lillihammer & Nagano --Seiko
